How to ask us to delete your data

1. Send a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram @dvinci_my with the words "DELETE MY DATA".
2. We will confirm the request in the same chat. We may ask a simple question to make sure the request comes from you.
3. Within 30 days we delete the conversation records, product materials and contact details we hold about you in our own systems, and tell you when it is done.

We may keep a small amount of information if the law requires it (for example invoices for tax purposes). Messages also exist on Meta's platforms; to delete those, use the delete options in Messenger or Instagram, which are covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

怎样要求删除你的资料

1. 在 Facebook 专页或 Instagram @dvinci_my 私讯我们，写「DELETE MY DATA」或「删除我的资料」。
2. 我们会在同一个对话里确认，可能问一个简单问题核对是你本人。
3. 30 天内删除我们系统里关于你的对话记录、产品素材和联系方式，完成后通知你。

法律要求保留的少量资料（例如报税用的发票）会依法保留。Messenger / Instagram 里的讯息本身由 Meta 保存，要删除请用 App 里的删除功能。
