1. Services
DAVINCI AI provides AI-generated product videos, the MateAI content assistant and AI live-stream hosting. The exact scope, price and delivery of each order are agreed with you in our chat before work starts.
2. Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to use the product links, images, logos and other materials you send us, and that your products are legal to sell on the platforms you use. We may decline products or content that break the law or platform rules.
3. AI-generated content
Our videos and live hosts are made with AI. You agree to follow each platform's rules on AI content, including labelling where required. Results such as sales or ROI are targets, not guarantees.
4. Ownership
Under our Standard (RM50) and Mandarin (RM100) plans, the finished video is yours after payment, unless your order says otherwise. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Payment and revisions
Prices, commissions, payment timing and the number of revisions are confirmed in writing in our chat for each order.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
