1. Who we are
DAVINCI AI ("we", "us") is an AI content service based in Malaysia. We operate the Facebook Page Davinci, the Instagram account @dvinci_my and this website. We provide AI-generated product videos, the MateAI content assistant and AI live-stream hosting for sellers.
2. Information we collect
- Messages you send us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, including text, images, links and files.
- Basic profile information that Meta shares with us when you message our Page or Instagram account, such as your name, profile picture and a platform-specific user ID.
- Information you give us to get a quote or use our services, such as product links, product images, your shop name and contact details.
- Basic technical data when you visit this website (for example browser type and pages viewed), collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
We do not ask for or store payment card details through Messenger, Instagram or this website.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and answer your questions.
- To prepare quotes and provide the services you ask for, including producing videos with the product materials you send.
- To keep records of our conversations and orders, and to improve our service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Data from Meta platforms
We use Meta's official APIs only to read and reply to messages sent to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account, and to manage our own posts and ads. We do not use this data to build profiles of you, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting) and only as needed for that purpose, or where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep conversation and order records for as long as needed to serve you, and up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that we delete or anonymise them.
6. Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. To make a request, message us on Facebook or Instagram. You can also follow our data deletion instructions.
7. Security
We protect your information with access controls and secure services, and limit access to people who need it to serve you. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.

- 你的权利：依马来西亚《2010 年个人资料保护法》，你可以要求查阅、更正、删除你的资料或要求停止使用。私讯我们即可，或看 数据删除说明。
- 未成年：服务对象是商家和成年人，不会故意收集 18 岁以下人士的资料。
